Singular Studio in the

Singular Studio has become one of the ten architectural firms selected by the Spanish Foreign Trade Institute and the Higher Council of Architects of Spain to represent Spain and publicize the excellent range of services that have the spanish architectural offices in the architecture meeting held in October 2010 in the Iraqi Kurdistan capital, Erbil.
Iraq, a country which although very slowly, it's recovering from the wounds that has left his recent state of war, is a country where, especially in the northern region of Kurdistan, the construction sector is experiencing an amazing boom. It is indeed a country where everything is needed, and where they need to reconstruct a lot. KRG authorities (Kurdistan Regional Government) were attracted by the excellent management that the spanish architects have had during the boom of the construction sector in Spain some years ago, and through the business office of the Embassy of Spain and the ICEX, these workshops were organized to publicize a representation of the spanish architectural offices. During the days of our stay in Iraq, we maintained at the highest level contacts with the Prime Minister, Mr. Barham Salih, the Minister of Housing and Reconstruction, Mr. Kamaran Ahmed Abdullah, the Minister of Industry and Trade, Mr . Abdulkhalq Sinan Ahmed Chalabi and the Chairman of the Board of Investment, Mr. Herish Muharam. We also met with leading business groups in the region, as well as the best local architectural firms.
