Good morning! Today in Singular Studio we want to share with you a new video about the MAISON_BY, a detached house located in Jávea. The video corresponds to the month of February. Here you can see several constructive processes like the basement walls assembly and formwork, the machine room wall stake out and concreted, and the final appearance of these walls after its construction. As you can see, it has been used two different types of seen concrete: white concrete as a result of the phenolic panels formwork, and grey concrete obtained by wooden clapboards. You can see the grey seen concrete on the garage walls, they appear in the video. The end of the video shows the house construction evolution through the picture system called time lapse.
