Architecture Intern

We are looking for architecture or technical architecture students who are interested in doing professional internships while continuing their studies. This is a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in the field of architecture and complement academic training.

Requirements:

• Students who are in the last courses of the Architecture or Technical Architecture career.
• Availability to do internships for a period of 6 months.
• Fluent level of Spanish.
• Erasmus scholarship or similar.

The internships will be carried out in training mode, which will allow students to apply the knowledge acquired in their studies to real-world work situations.

Drafting Designer

We are looking for a Drafting Designer with at least 10 years of experience in the architecture sector to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Create and modify detailed 2D and 3D drawings using computer-aided design software.
• Work closely with architects to develop and improve designs.
• Ensure accuracy and detail in all drawings and designs.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Drafting Designer in the architecture sector.
• Mastery of 2D and 3D drawing environments.
• Ability to draw with a high level of detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Senior Architect

We are looking for a Senior Architect with at least 7 years of demonstrable work experience in residential architecture, preferably in the luxury sector. The ideal candidate must be proactive, able to work at a fast pace and solve problems efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Execute projects in any phase, from concept to completion.
• Resolve details and manage modifications with the administration.
• Monitor work and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Adapt to the company’s internal processes and coordinate the technical office team, assigning functions and tasks.
• Report to the studio manager and to the chief executive officer.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of work experience in residential architecture, preferably in the luxury sector.
• Ability to work proactively and solve problems efficiently.
• Flexibility to adapt to the company’s internal processes.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English. Other languages will be valued.
