In 2009 José Moragues founded Singular Studio, a studio of architects, interior design and landscaping formed by a group of excellent professionals passionate about their craft, committed to the environment and with the responsibility to create intense and timeless spaces that excite people without the imperative of attending to fashions and where imagination and discipline in the work give way to the technical rigor to solve tasks with precision.
We carry out services of architecture, interior design, landscaping, urban planning and project management, carrying out these tasks from a framework of multi-specialty, and where the result is the culmination of the procedure.
Our work represents a sum of experiences with an eminent human approach, whose purpose is to enlighten, assist, innovate and grow at the same time with those who inhabit them, our customers.
Multidisciplinary team to carry out architectural projects in Elche, working with enthusiasm and sincerity. We provide the constructions that we manage in Elche with the technological knowledge in the world of building to achieve the best results.
The distinguished work of Singular Studio has been awarded in competitions of international stature where the Cemex Building Award of 2017 (award "best international housing in the residential category") stands out. It has also been advertised in magazines and media such as Cemento-Hormigón, Class & Villas, SB, Casa Viva, and studied in the CIAB (International Congress of White Architecture) and in the think tank Think Tank with the article entitled "The new architectural sustainability: towards the new paradigm".
