In 2009 José Moragues founded Singular Studio, an architecture, interior design and landscaping studio formed by a group of exceptional professionals enthusiastic about their craft, involved with the environment and with the task of creating intense and timeless spaces that excite people without the imperative of attending to fashions and where creativity and maturity in the processes give way to the technical rigor to solve assignments with accuracy.
We offer services of architecture, interior design, landscaping, urban planning and project management, approaching these works from a multi-specialty scenario, originating as a result an achievement of the process.
Our creation embodies a set of experiences with an outstanding human approach, whose aim is to enlighten, contribute, improve and progress at the same time with those who inhabit them, our clients.

Singular Studio has received several awards in international competitions such as the 2017 Cemex Building Award with the prize for the best international housing (residential category). It has also been reported in magazines and media such as Casa Viva, Class & Villas, Cemento-Hormigón, SB, and even examined in the International Congress of White Architecture (CIAB) and in the Think Tank with the article "The new architectural sustainability: towards the new paradigm".
