The location of this house on the plot has been one of the most important starting points when designing the project. It is inserted on the top of a very steep slope in order to enjoy its idyllic views.
The house is a set of ideas materialized in a volume formed by two main pieces united in a point, this geometry try to draw the curves level existing in the plot in order to reduce the impact generated by the construction.
The access to the house is produced through a façade which is composed of stone walls, very characteristic of the emplacement area, in order to mimic with the environment.
Regarding the material of the main house facades, it’s a white stucco applied directly on a high efficient thermal insulation panel, and despite the technique, it gives a very Mediterranean character to the house. This façade solution achieves a very high level of energy performance, thus the energy consumption in the house is minimum.
The two wings of the house are articulated by a staircase coming from the main access. Once in this level, a patio welcomes you providing natural light and vegetation to the distributor space which separates the day zone and the night one.
The master suite is located on the upper floor, where there is also an office, both of them with access to a terrace.
Due to the privileged weather conditions of Jávea, part of the house program is located on the outside, near to the infinnity pool, the chill-out area and the bar, both protected by a porch.
The interior house spaces are characterized by being diaphanous and by its clear colors. It contributes to offer to the house a better luminosity.
