Architect Specialist in Generative AI

We are looking for an Architect with a strong technological vocation and specialization in the use of Artificial Intelligence applied to architecture. The ideal candidate should master generative AI tools for optimizing architectural models and creating high-impact visualizations, integrating them efficiently into our workflow for high-end residential projects.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and oversee workflows based on generative AI for conceptual development and formal exploration of projects.

• Generate architectural visualizations and photorealistic renders using AI tools to enhance the presentation of proposals to clients.

• Research and test new AI models and tools (both architectural and image-based) to keep the studio at the technological forefront.

• Collaborate with the design team to transform schematic ideas into detailed and precise visual models.

• Optimize internal processes by automating creative and technical tasks.

Requirements:

• Higher education degree in Architecture.

• Proven experience in using generative AI tools applied to architecture (such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, ControlNet, LookX, or similar).

• Ability to integrate AI outputs with traditional software (BIM, CAD, 3D modeling).

• Proactive profile with a high capacity for autonomous learning and efficient problem-solving.

• Fluent level of Spanish and English. Other languages will be valued.

• Passion for detail and high-quality architecture.

Senior Architect

We are looking for a Senior Architect with at least 7 years of demonstrable work experience in residential architecture, preferably in the luxury sector. The ideal candidate must be proactive, able to work at a fast pace and solve problems efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Execute projects in any phase, from concept to completion.
• Resolve details and manage modifications with the administration.
• Monitor work and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Adapt to the company’s internal processes and coordinate the technical office team, assigning functions and tasks.
• Report to the studio manager and to the chief executive officer.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of work experience in residential architecture, preferably in the luxury sector.
• Ability to work proactively and solve problems efficiently.
• Flexibility to adapt to the company’s internal processes.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English. Other languages will be valued.

• Flexibility to adapt to the company’s internal processes.
