Senior Architect

We are looking for a Senior Architect with at least 7 years of demonstrable work experience in residential architecture, preferably in the luxury sector. The ideal candidate must be proactive, able to work at a fast pace and solve problems efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Execute projects in any phase, from concept to completion.
• Resolve details and manage modifications with the administration.
• Monitor work and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Adapt to the company’s internal processes and coordinate the technical office team, assigning functions and tasks.
• Report to the studio manager and to the chief executive officer.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of work experience in residential architecture, preferably in the luxury sector.
• Ability to work proactively and solve problems efficiently.
• Flexibility to adapt to the company’s internal processes.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English. Other languages will be valued.

Senior Quantity Surveyor / Construction Manager

At Singular Studio we are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Construction Manager with 7 years of demonstrable experience to join our team. We specialize in the luxury residential sector and the hospitality sector, so we are seeking a proactive, solution-oriented person capable of working independently within a young, dynamic team with a high level of demand.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the site supervision of the studio's projects, actively participating in technical decisions.
• Prepare all documentation corresponding to the site management and final completion stages (legalization, site visit reports, etc.).
• Perform bill of quantities, budgets, progress payments, and economic/financial project monitoring, as well as the management of site funds (Project Management).
• Coordinate the different stakeholders involved in the construction process (developers, contractors, subcontractors, and public administration).
• Provide technical support to the studio's architects during the project drafting phases.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Building Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Architectural Technology.
• 7 years of proven experience in site management and supervision within the luxury residential and/or hospitality sectors.
• Proficiency in software tools: AutoCAD, SketchUp, and CYPE suite (especially management and budgeting modules).
• Proactive profile, focused on efficient problem solving and capable of working in an agile and collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
