Hello friends! Today we would like to show you a detached house construction video. This house has one floor and is located in Jávea, next to the Montgó natural park, the Hoksbergen House. The video shows several construction phases, since the month of November to April, such us the plot excavation process, the geotechnical test investigation, the retaining rock wall construction, the concrete pouring structural piers, and the terrace and slab walls construction. We will continue reporting you about the evolution of this house in future posts.
