Senior Architect
We are looking for an Architect with at least 7 years’ demonstrable professional experience in residential architecture, preferably in the luxury sector. The ideal candidate should be proactive, able to work at a fast pace and solve problems efficiently.
Responsibilities:
To manage projects at any stage, from concept through to completion.
Finalise details and manage changes with the administration team.
Monitor site works and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Adapt to the company’s internal processes and coordinate the technical office team, assigning roles and tasks.
Report to the studio management.
Requirements:
A minimum of 7 years’ professional experience in residential architecture, preferably in the luxury sector.
Ability to work proactively and solve problems efficiently.
Flexibility to adapt to the company’s internal processes.
Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English. Knowledge of other languages will be an advantage.

Senior Technical Architect
We are seeking a Technical Architect (or Quantity Surveyor) with at least 7 years’ demonstrable experience in site supervision and management, preferably in the luxury residential sector. The ideal candidate should be proactive, decisive, with strong organisational skills and accustomed to working to high standards of quality and at a fast pace.
Responsibilities:
To carry out comprehensive monitoring of construction works, ensuring the successful completion of projects in the role of site manager and/or construction manager.
To oversee the quality, cost and schedule of project delivery, ensuring compliance with deadlines and budgets.
To prepare detailed measurements, cost estimates and monitor monthly site certification reports.
Prepare and draw up cost estimates for tenders on new projects.
Coordinate communication between the various parties involved in the project (technical office, builders, subcontractors and suppliers) and report directly to the firm’s management.
Requirements:
Degree in Technical Architecture, Building or Building Engineering.
At least 7 years’ experience on-site, with a particular focus on residential construction.
Proficiency in drawing up quantity surveys, cost estimates and cost control.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in Spanish and English. Knowledge of other languages will be an advantage.
A proactive individual, meticulous in technical details and highly capable of solving problems efficiently on site.
