Dear friends, in today's post of Singular Studio we would like to present our latest project for Cala Blanca. This is Piver House, located in a fantastic natural setting only 5 minutes from the town center of Jávea. As you can see the house has a large organic pool that softens the solidity of the building.
In this design we have taken great care and consideration to optimize natural light, along with a decorative style based on modern Mediterranean living.
The house is on two floors. On the ground floor you can find two large bedrooms, garage with utility room and a large living room connected to the kitchen-diner. On the first floor is the master bedroom which has a large dressing room and a bathroom with spa and sauna.
The property is to be built in quality materials, with current modern technology and energy saving systems.
