Structural rehabilitation

Hello friends, today we show you a structural rehabilitation work that we are carrying on in appartments building of Jávea, very exposed to the salt of the sea. The images show the repair and reinforcement works that we are making in part of the building: the main line of facade and sections of pillars located on the ground floor. The reparation process is the next: shoring of the structural elements where the intervention is taken, deteriorated concrete removal by hydrodemolition technique, cleaning and repairing the existing iron bars, add some new iron reinforcing bars, putting the formwork and pouring the high resistance concrete and finally, to apply an anti carbonation waterproofing paint.
