Reform in Ronda Sur: Construction diary
02/10/2015
Good afternoon, today we show you some pictures of another of our works that we are carrying out in Singular Studio. It consists in a reform project of a house in the old town of Jávea. The archaeological excavation project finished this week, during this process we didnt find any object with a remarkable archaeological value, except some italian ceramics from the XV century. Our intervention consisted to design a garage in the basement and a terrace with a swimming pool and a covered area on the ground floor. The covered area façade is an important point because it has to respect the aesthetic requirements of the houses in this protected urban area. In the next images you can see the demolition process of part of the existing house, and the consolidation works in the perimeter walls.
We invite you you to visit the accounts that Singular Studio has in Twitter and Facebook, where you can find other posts that could interest you. Have a nice weekend!
