Good morning Today in Singular Studio we would like to show you one of our projects located beside the Pacific Coast Highway, in Malibu Beach, California, (USA). It is a house developed on three floors: the living area is located on the ground floor, while the bedrooms are on the upper ones. The master suite is located on the top floor, and it has excellent views. The house has some terraces in different levels which are connected. The master suite terrace has a garden area and an exterior jacuzzi. The interior of the living area is diaphanous and it has a gabled roof, providing a traditional character. It contrast with the rest of the house spaces. This roof has some skylights that provide overhead light into the space. This resource is also used in some first floor spaces. The access to the house is produced by the ground floor or first floor through a gateway. The interior spaces have neutral and warm colours, the main materials are wood and white mortar.
