Good morning! The images that we show you today in Singular Studio corresponds to a house located in Zuma Beach, Malibu, California (USA) . Because of the privileged emplacement with a fantastic weather all year and the excellent views to the sea, we have designed big windows and covered exterior areas that help us to define living areas with a direct flow relationship with the exterior. Its exterior appearance is defined by rotund volumes articulated by a central transparent piece, where the vertical communication of the house is developed. The house facings are white lime based mortar, glass (used mainly in the central connecting piece) and stone walls also used on the plot urbanization walls and some corten steel element.

The following image shows a night view of the house, where we can see the light elements that we have choosen, providing a cold colors tonality in the interior and exterior of the house.

The colour materials of the interior are white in most of the walls and floors, with some wood element which provides to the space a cozy value.
